The Direct Access service will be available over the internet to an approved and registered user group. This user group is predominantly solicitors, but also includes Government departments, Lending Institutions and other professional groups that have a need to interact with Land Registers. At this stage, registration for use of the service over the internet will not be extended to members of the public.

Any customers who wish to register will need to contact Land Registers to receive the Registration Pack (02890 251700) or call at public counter.

Please note that at all times, customers including members of the public will continue to be able to use landweb direct for personal searching at the LRNI Public Counters .
