Many of the Precedents presented here are reproduced from the 'Land Registration Manual' written by Arthur H. Moir and published by the Law Society of Northern Ireland in 1994.

 

The precedents and guidelines have been updated to take account of the Land Registration Rules (NI) 2000

 

They are presented in a format which is as close as possible to the printed version.
