Members of the legal profession, Financial Institutions, Government Departments or other professional groups such as architects, surveyors or estate agents are welcome to register to use the direct access service. All you need to do is contact Ashlin Sharvin at LRNI and a registration pack will be sent to you in the post.

Once the registration process is complete you will be sent a user manual and all the necessary information you require to sign-in and access Land Registry and Registry of Deeds information via the Internet. Using the landweb direct system is fairly intuitive but if assistance should be required there are a number of support features including a business helpdesk.

At this stage, the Internet service is only available to members of the public at the LRNI public counters at Lincoln Building, 27-45, Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL.
